Picante sauce, honey, lime juice and vegetable oil combine to make a vibrant dressing for fresh baby spinach, cubed avocado and cantaloupe. It’s topped with toasted almonds for a perfect summer salad that’s light, refreshing and guaranteed to impress!
Instructions
Beat the picante sauce, honey, lime juice and oil in a large bowl with a fork or whisk.Add the spinach, cantaloupe and avocado and toss to coat. Sprinkle with the almonds. Serve immediately.
