                     Unexpected guests are no problem, because this tasty dip uses on-hand ingredients to make a delicious dip, perfect with crackers or assorted dippers. 
                                        
                        Instructions
                        
                            Stir the tuna, carrot, celery, yogurt, parsley, mustard and black pepper in a small bowl.  Sprinkle with the lemon zest.  Serve with the wheat crisps for dipping.
